Alhamdulillah — Another Step Toward Better Healthcare

The dedicated team of Ehsas-E-Khidmat Welfare Association paid an important visit to the TB Center at Civil Hospital Khairpur Mir’s. The purpose of the visit was to assess the quality of patient care, inspect hospital facilities, and engage with the administration in a constructive dialogue.

A detailed and productive discussion was held with the hospital administration in a positive and cooperative environment, focusing on patient facilities and the overall healthcare system.

Full Cooperation from Hospital Administration

The TB Medical Superintendent (MS) extended full cooperation to the visiting team throughout the inspection. In a spirit of transparency and accountability, the MS provided a comprehensive briefing covering all aspects of the center’s operations.

After the briefing and thorough inspection, the team expressed its satisfaction with the management and overall functioning of the TB Center.

Facilities Inspected

The team conducted a detailed on-site inspection of the following areas:

• X-Ray Room
• Laboratory
• Doctor Duty Room
• Medical Room

During the inspection of the Medical Room, special attention was given to verifying the government stamps and expiry dates on medicines — ensuring that patients are receiving safe and authentic medications.

Patient Feedback — A Positive Sign

One of the most meaningful aspects of the visit was the team’s direct interaction with patients admitted at the TB Center. Their feedback was carefully listened to and recorded regarding:

• Quality of healthcare services
• Hospital facilities and cleanliness
• Staff behavior and responsiveness

The results were encouraging — no major complaints were reported by the patients. Most notably, admitted patients expressed no complaints about the staff, which is a very positive indicator of the dedication and professionalism of the hospital team.
